Greetings friends & neighbors in District 16.

My name is Dan Coleman; I have been a resident of Laveen since 2006 and am seeking your support in my run for Senate Senator in LD16 (redistricted to be LD27).

I, along with many of you, am completely disgusted with the incompetence of our government. I have always been active and involved in working to improve my community; and I am now trying to lend a help to our state government as well. Even though I am live in a “one-party dominate” district with 3:1 Democrat to Republican; I still strongly believe that we CAN make a difference AND that we are obligated as citizens to participate in governing our community. I do not accept the apathetic and ineffective leadership that currently represents us; and I do not want them to continue on to another unchallenged election and unaccountable term.

I hope that you will join me in this venture for political discourse and accountability. I believe that ALL leaders should be challenged, should be questioned and should be held responsible for their actions and their decisions by their constituents. I hope that you will support me in this effort to bring another voice to the debate and providing an alternative to the status quo in South Phoenix governance.
